One thing to complete your experience is to get the sake flight. They have a sake specialist on staff that will hand pick 3 different sakes for you to choose from. They will explain the flavors and history of each one to you and help you pair it with your meal.
Great option if you want to try a little bit of everything. Comes with two pieces of each of salmon, saba (mackerel), and ebi oshi (shrimp)
Walnut brown sugar cookie, fresh strawberries, condensed milk whipped cream, berry coulis, honey and tarragon oil, hibiscus strawberry sorbet. Mochi on a cookie…with condensed milk whipped cream…Need I say more???
Dark chocolate gateau, molten matcha ganache, pistachio crème, orange curd, rosehip tee gelee, pistachio rice crisps, cocoa nib tuile, jasmine tea ice cream. So many things blew me away with this dessert. The jasmine tea ice cream is nothing like I have ever had! The molten matcha and just everything on this plate went so well together. You are going to be licking your plate clean.
For an unforgettable sushi experience Miku is the place to be. You are definitely paying a premium, but it will be worth every penny. The ambiance here is relaxing and the décor is clean and sleek with service that will impress you.
