A damage deposit is due via credit card prior to arrival. We require a $200 hold to be pre-authorized via a credit card (we will not charge your card for any amount unless there are damages to the suite). This deposit will ensure repair of any damages or replacement of any damaged items. Vacation in Toronto will notify you within 48 hours if there are damages resulting from your stay.
